THE DENNISTON DISPUTE.

The deadlock at Denniston continues. The management insists upon, che men observing the award. The men have decided to abide by. the eight hours' bank-to-bank law, and work on the system of the hours followed since November 16. The company is allowing the men to work. The Union will endeavouT to test the validity of the award in the Supreme Court.
