The charge against the young mem Cyril Boughs Finn and James Eagar of breaking into the reduction works of>h» Waihd Goldmining Company at Wailano in October, 1900, and stealing £700 worth of gold! slimes, was heard at the Police Court today. Up to the luncheon adjournment the evidence was not of an important nature. The witnesses detailed the discovery of the robbery and the steps taken tfr discover the 'stolen slimes. The counsel for the prosecution outlined the case.
