FOUND DROWNED.
Two telegraphists, who were rowing clown the. Avon this morning, discovered the body of a girl, apparently about fourteen years old, floating at the edge of the water, about two hundred yards below the Burwood Post Office. The police received information at about eleven o'clock, and the police van was sent to take the body to the Bower Hotel. The body has been identified as that of Elsie Tulley. An inquest will be held early tomorrow morning.
