« MIDLAND YARDS. There was an entry of about 3000 sheep at the Midland saleyards to-day, including about 400 fat lambs. There were very few buyers present, and only a small proportion of the yarding changed hands. Good freezing lambs brought from 9s 6d to 10s 7d and not quite so good 83 6d to 9s' 3d; fat cross-bred wethers, 11s ; fat cross-bred ewes, 5s lid; forward store wethers, 8s 6d to 9s 6d ; two and four-tooth wethers and maiden ewes, 7s 8d; boilers up to 2s Id, and aged cross-bred ewes at 3s 6d to 4s.
