The Standard states, that sine* the Cuban excitement bonds and shares on Wall Street (New York) have declined by two hundred acd ntty million dollars. Beceived March 15, 10 a.m. LONDON, March 14. The Standard's New York correspondent says that despite official assurance of a pacific nature, the values of stocks have fallen, some to the extent of 7 per cent.
