TPer Press association?) AUCKLAND, Jan. 21. The Hon A. J. Cadman arrived to-day from Coromandel. He leaves for Wellington on Monday. By steamers from Onehunga for the south this afternoon, a number of bowlers from. various Auckland clubs, left for Wellington to take part in the champion bowling tournament. In default of paying a fine of £45 for uncustomed cigars in his possession at Paeroa, Marcus M'Dowell was brought to Auckland by Constable Beatty. The alternative is six months' imprisonment.
