The "New Tork correspondent of the, Daily News states that the, Hon R Olney has decided to leave the question of America's attitude towards the Cuban rebels to Major M'Kinley's Cabinet. MADRID, Jan. 21. The Premier is chagrined at the failure of the Spanish troops to quell the revolt in Cuba, and bas threatened to resign unless General Weyler, the Spanish commander in Cuba, crushes the rebellion before the commencement of the rainy season.
