Lord Salisbury has agreed io the Venezuelan Government nominating an arbitrator for the settlement .of the boundary question, probably the Hon M. "W. Euller, United States Chief Justice, will be selected. It ia expected that the Hon D. J. Brower, one of the judges of the Supreme Court of the United States, will be the other arbitrator. The Hon R. Olney says that the terms of the arbitration treaty cover the dispute which has arisen over the Nicaragua Canal. : ■
