ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
DEATH OF A DIVER. [Peb Pbess Association.! SYDNEY, Jan. 22. A diver, named Madsen, trying a new, deep-sea diving dress, lost his life in tweiity-six fathoms of water. The dress was supplied by means of compressed air instead of a hand pump. The man was down fifteen minutes. The signals failed and he was hauled up dead. The cause is unknown.
