Hagley Part Lake Committee proceeding with the survey work. Much heckling by Prohibitionists at Mr Cullen's meeting last night. Some of the trout anglers have been guilty of taking undersized fish. Hon W. Rolleston will contest the Riccarton seat with Mr G-. W. Russell. The Czar and the French President clinked glasses. And even that may mean a lot. Lively meeting of Sydenhain ratepayers last night, and " Tommy " Taylor • very ' much in evidence. City Council Reserves Committee will make an inspection trip to-morrow. Will there be a hamper-?
