In Chambers. THIS DAT. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Denniston.) PABISH V. PABIBH AND OTHERS. On the application of Mr Johnston, Abraham Parish was added as an additional defendant, Mr Wynn-Williams and Mr Joynt, for the parties, consenting. An application for confirmation of Registrar's and Accountant's certificate stood over by consent. BE SETTLED ESTATES ACT. Mr Joynt applied for Messrs Overton and M'Gregor for power to deal with certain land in an estate in which they are trusteea, and to dispense with certain conditions. Mr Loughrey, for the Charitable Aid Board, consented, provided that the interests of the Board as beneficiaries were protected. The order was made as prayed, the lease to ' be submitted to the Court if required. B« SUED AND AGRICULTURAL COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND. On the application of Mr Joynt, the time for producing accounts was extended. Mr Beattie obtained an order for inspection of the books, &c, of the Company, Mr Joynt, for the Company, consenting. BE OKOBQB PALMER CHAPMAN, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Papprilt, an order was made for payment out of the estate for the maintenance and education of an infant. : FBOBATES. Probate of the following wills was granted : — Matthew Finch (Mr Badger), Alexander Reid (Mr Stringer) and Elizabeth Buchanan (Mr Meares).
