LYTTELTON HARBOUR BOARD.
Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Lyttelton Harbour Board was hold at noon to-day, when there were present Messra W. White (Chairman), P. Cunningham, J. ID. Thacker, H. W. Foryinan, R. Westenra, IT. Waymouth, J. B. Milsom, the Hon J. T. Peacock, Captains Parsons and M'Clatchie. The Chairman caid they had met in accordance with the Act, but tho accounts were not yet audited. The audit would be completed the following day, after which they would have to be sout to Wellington. It would, theiefore, be ftdvißuble to adjourn for a fortnight. On Mr Westenra's motion the B.iEi-d adjourned tin; Annual Meeting till Feb. 4.
