THE NEW PLYMOUTH MURDER.
* [Vsa Press Association.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Apeil 22. Investigations made by Mr Samuel bb to the movements of the Native charged with Maloney's murder, go to prove that Mati Kai could not have been in the Becreation Ground at the time of the murder. Two witnesses have made statements to that effect to the police, and will give evidence at the inquest.
