SIR GEORGE GREY ON ANOTHER CAMPAIGN. AUCKLAND, Feb. 24. A requisition to Major Atkinson to address a public meeting at Auckland is being signed. Four hundred signatures are already appended to the document. A large number of New Zealand Rifle Asbcciation representatives left by the Penguin yesterday. The Oreti take*3 the balance to-morrow. A cablegram has been received stating that the barque Caberfeidh had arrived at Melbourne from Manukau Heads. Her "boatswain, named Sullivan, waa washed overboard on the passage. Sir George Grey has definitely decided to address the citizens of Auckland on Friday evening next. It is understood he ■will leave next week for the South, and give an address first at Invercargill, and thence going to the centres of population in the South Island.
