The Nord Deuttt7ie*Zeitung, as we learn by a cablegram, is again complaining of the tone of the Frenoh proas. About two months ago ■it published a similar article, whioh the London Timts replied to pretty sharply, showing (hat the Germans oould not expect the French to feel very amiable towards them. The Times argued that so long as the Frenoh made no actually hostile demonstrations the •Germans have no right to expect anything more. It is not to be supposed that the Trench will not look forward to the time when they may avenge the defeats of 1870---71. Now it appears that the German papers are again attacking France. Shis reminds, one very muoh of the fable of the wolf and the lamb. It seems as if Germany wants very badly to pick a quarrel with France.
