“On Our Selection"
An Amusing Picture Those who enjoy a good hearty laugh should not fail to be present at the screening of the famous Australian story ‘‘On Our Selection,” which is to be shown in the Capitol Theatre on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday evenings next. Some years ago in the days of silent pictures, this most humorous production, which deals with the experiences of an Australian family on a back-block selection, drew crowded houses wherever shown, and aroused the greatest enthusiasm. In its revival as a “talkie” it has lost none of its zest and Dad, Mum and the children and other characters are strikingly portrayed. Picturegoers should not miss this funny comedy. •
