Western Australia's gold yield in July was 77,3870 z., Valued at £666,681 .(Australian currency), an increase of 615602 on the quantity for June, and 20,1930 z more than for July of last year. It was. the. highest monthly yield for .three ■ years. The output for seven months is 458,2540 z., and there is every probability that last year's total of 649,0470 z. will be greatly exq.eeded.
