Rabone, the officer in charge. Plans were being prepared for more, permanent protective works, feaid Mf: Rabone, and it might be necessary to divert the flow through the diversion, tunnel at the dam for a time while the wolrk below the spillway was being Completed. Owners of launches, boats and canoes on the Arapuni Lake had been requested by the Public' Works Der partment to haul all craft clear of the water level and to leave them secured.
