A NON-SUIT.
football associations sued. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Feb. 24. A non-suit was entered by Mr McKean, S.M., in a claim for compensation by George Hunt against the N.Z. Football Association and the Auckland Football Association. The plaintiff purchased the programme privileges in connection with the tour of the Chinese Soccer team for £2OO. Cne sa’es uere much below expectations and the plaintiff attributed this to the *ssue bv the Auckland Association of an official handbook. The magistrate held that no breach of contract was proved.
