WATERFRONT TROUBLE.
POSITION NOW NORMAL. (By Telegraph—Press Association.; AA'ELLINGTON, Feb. 24. All work was resumed on the waterfront this morning, and a call for labour on the Tairoa was accepted, although only three gangs were available. It is stated that there is a shortage of labour on the waterfront at present.
