A NEW ENGINE. “LIGHT AND VERY STRONG. (A. and N.Z. Cable.) (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. Napiers have constructed a new aero-engine of 1000 horse-power, which only weighs 22001b5. It will bo fitted in a specially designed airplane now 7 building for the Air Ministry.
