Warden's Court.

The following applications which wm adjourned at yesterday's fritting of the Court, were dealt with this morning:—
C. J. Saunderson.The Westminster jjpoial claim, Tairua—Mr Olendon appeared tyr the applicant and stated that he could not find any evidence that the time had baen extended; He presumed that the application would lapseStruck out
J. H. Fleming, Molyneux special claim, Tairua—Mr Miller stated that no arrangement had been come to in this case, and he would ask that it be adjourned to next Court day. Adjourned to 18th March E. C. Martin, Don Juan special claim, Tararu—Mr Clondon, who appeared for the applicant stated that he would withdraw the application G-. B. Beere, Hesperides special claim, between Furu and Tapu—Mr Miller asked | that this application should stand over until next Court day—Adjourned to March. 18th, Albert Kummert, Sink to Rise special claim—Mr Harper said that Mr Wnalley wrote to the Warden on the 4th January from" Auckland, asking for an extension of time, but the application did not come before Mr Kenny until the 20th January. Thejsix months did not terminate until the 6th. He contended that the application was still before the Court, and had not lapsed.—The Warden said no extension had been granted by Mr Kenny, which looked as if he did not intend to grant it. It seemed to him that the application should have been made to Mr Kenny. He would adjourn the case until 18th March, and further enquiry could be made.
J. W, Duncan, Alpine Consols special claim, Otunui—Mr Ck-ndoa appeared for the applicant. He said that the Kauri Timber Company had objected, but as thejvcould not sustain their objection, he would ask that costs be entered against them.—-The Warden concurred, and gave £2 2s costs against the Kauri Timber Company A. Kohn, permission to construct two dam banks and to form a reservoir for the storage of water on the Anchor special claim, Hape Creek. This w*s adjourned from yesterday to enable the Warden to inspect" the ground. —Mr Miller appeared for applicant.—The Warden said he would adjourn the case until 18th March.
