The meat was chiefly taken by mtchers who have hitherto bought ihilled American beef. The syndicate considered the ex)6riment a complete success, which vill completely revolutionise the trade noth indead meat and live stock. Arrangements are being made to t the fakeha with a thermostat. The Gulf of Genoa landed 47 bullocks at Deptford in good condition, three died in the Red Sea. The fcggest cattle are considered the best let. received, but many are too old.
