Magistrate’s Court.—Judgment for plaintiff by default was given by Mr G. G. Chisholm, S.M., in the following civil claim heard in the Timaru Magistrate’s Court yesterday:—M. C. Butterfield. Ltd. v. Harry G. A. Barnes, claim £5/15/11, costs £l/17/6. All cases set down for hearing in the Magistrate’s Court to-day have been adjourned till August 30.
