MINE EXPLOSION
Death Roll Thirty-six ROME. July 20. The death roll from the explosion of German mines at Via Reggio has reached 36. Soldiers are digging in the ruins of the American Red Cross Club which was nearly demolished by the blast. Twenty-four soldiers are known to be dead and 48 seriously injured. They ! were all negroes. Twelve Italians were killed and eight injured.
