POLITENESS WITH A PENALTY!
A young hostess entertaining some people at bridge went with them afterwards to the gate, to see her guests off. It seemed pleasantly cool outside, and the after-bridge discussion was continued until—the hostess felt suddenly chilled. Before retiring she wisely took a good dose of Baxter’s Lung Preserver. The incident indicates how careful one must be even in summer. Colds are no respecters of persons or seasons. The cold germ is always with us, but fortunately, so is “Baxter’s.” New Zealanders have learnt to rely on "Baxter’s" as the best remedy for coughs, colds, sore throats, and bronchial troubles. “Baxter’s” is perfectly pure and safe for young children. taken as directed
