Japan To Remodel Publicity United Pres* Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received October 13, 6.30 p.m.) TOKIO, October 12. The "Yomiuri Shlmbun" said the Railways Ministry’s International Tourist Board had decided to abandon the long dependence on the United States and seek tourists from friendly Powers. It said that with German and Italian co-operation the Board would undertake a world-wide publicity campaign concentrating especially on Near East and South America Asiatics.
