Scientists Hope For 35 Mile Ascent United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 22. 6.30 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, January 21. The Belgian aeronauts. Max Cosyns and August Piccard, brother of Professor Jean Piccard, is bringing the Globe Century Press to Buenos Aires for its first stratosphere flight in the southern hemisphere. After the test flights the Belgians will assist building for Argentine a balloon with a capacity of 4.000.000 cubic feet, in which Major Eduardo Oliver© and Father Ignacio Puig, the famous Jesuit scientist, will attempt to rise to 35 miles.
