PAYMENT TO SUFFERERS FROM STORMS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received November 2, 6.30 p.m.) CALGARY, November 1. The Rail Insurance Board is issuing 1800 cheques, totalling 250.000 dollars, as a payment to farmers suffering from the summer storms.
