RUSSIANS KILL PATROLS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright (Received November 3, 1.40 a.m.) TOKIO, November 2. Twelve Russian cavalrymen crossed the border of Manchukuo, according to the Dome! News Agency, and attacked the Japanese patrols killing two. Manchukuo is protesting to the Soviet.
