DOMAIN BOARD At the monthly meeting of the Orari Domain Board held on Monday evening there were present: Messrs E. R. O’Neill (chairman), J. Bates, J. A. Henderson and L. Pierce, secretary. The secretary reported on the work
being done by the two workers in the Domain, and advised that the work in the north-end portion was now almost completed in the way of trimming up the trees. It was reported that several long battens which had been taken off a fence had been stolen, and that some person had forced the lock which was recently put on in the back room of the Hall. A deputation from the School Committee waited on the Board in regard to the running of a gymkhana, but as most Saturdays were taken between now and Christmas, it was decided to wait until next year, probably in April.
