Kiosseivanoff) has gone to the frontier to meet the Yugo-Slav Prime Minister (Dr. Stojadinovic) to discuss the European situation and Balkan problems. M. Moshanoff, speaker in the Bulgarian National Assembly, in a speech urged ’.hat Bulgaria in view of the existence of Bulgarian minorities in Rumania, Vugo-Slavia and Greece needed frontier revision.
