The Paris correspondent of "The Times” states that the Radical Socialist Congress, by its approval of rupture of relations with the Communists, wrote “Finis” to the Popular Front. The Cabinet will meet to-night to discuss the Prime Minister's decrees dealing with the economic, financial and social situation, which will not be published until they are approved. It is expected that numerous meetings of Cabinet will be essential owing to the drastic nature of the decrees.
