The Labour Front leader (Herr Ley), in announcing that Industry must alm at doubling production, revealed a new Labour system described as the most modern in the world. The system k being tried out in 220 factories, which have increased production by 100 per cent. Foreign trade figures show that Germany suffered a serious setback in the recent crisis. Exports to Europe from January to September decreased by over six per cent. Exports to countries oversea decreased by nearly 12 per cent. Trade slackened notably with England. France, Russia, Belgium, United States. Holland, Switzerland and Czechoslovakia.
