SUGGESTED APPEAL COURT By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, November -. A suggestlcn that an Appeal Court should be set up to deal with martial differences with the Abject of minimising divorce was supported by the New Zealand Baptist Assembly at Wellington to-day, when the following resolution was adopted: “That this Assembly of the Baptist Union of New Zealand, believing that if there was a Court of Conciliation and Arbitration for married people who find themselves in misunderstandings and difficulties, it would serve the best interests of the welfare of this Dominion, and be effective in preventing divorce, urges upon the Government to take into favourable consideration the creation of such courts or committees to which application for assistance may be made.”
