CONTRIBUTION FROM SINGAPORE MOOTED United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright SINGAPORE. October 28. A motion Is being introduced in the Legislative Council on Monday that the colony earmark 10,000,000 dollars for imperial defence, payable monthly over a period of five years. This sum is additional to the 4,000,000 dollars paid annually to the Imperial Government and 600,000 dollars to the local volunteers.
