CONTROL OF EXPROPRIATED WELLS Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright MEXICO CITY, October 28. It is officially announced that Mexico has contracted to sell Italy millions of dollars worth of oil from the expropriated Anglo-American wells. Italy is bartering tankers with which Mexico hopes to extend her trade in the western hemisphere.
