STATELY MONUMENT PLANNED United Press Association—By Eiec»-ic Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 26. The “Daily Mail” reports that the Dean and Chapter of Westminster Abbey have decided to raise a stately monument above the grave of the Unknown Warrior, and the design is to be completed after consultation with distinguished artists and architects. The most notable feature will be a niche In which the perpetual flame, already existing in a black stone level with the floor, which many do not notice, will form the top of ths monument.
