HUNDREDS OF ARRESTS IN EGYPT United Press Association—By Electric Tel egraph—Copyrigh t (Received March 31, 11.45 p.m.) CAIRO, March 31. Four hundred arrests were made throughout Egypt on the eve of the election mostly belonging to the dissolved Blueshirts organisation. Nahas Pasha accused the Government of using terrorism and intimidation to secure the defeat of the Waf diets.
