VISIT OF SULTAN OF MUSCAT British Official Wireless (Received March 31, 6.30 p.m.) RUGBY, March Cl. The Sultan of Musca and Oman was received in audience by the Xing at Buckingham Palace. After investing the Sultan with the insignia K.C.1.E., his Majesty accepted a jewelled sword from the Sultan.
