DUTIES OF FATHER
CONFLICT WITH PARLIAMENTARY LIFE United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received January 6, 8.30 p.m.) LONDON, January 6. A member of the House of Commons, Sir Paul Latham, is giving up his political career for the sake of his three-year-old son.
