Pi-ess revelation of the activities of the “enemies of State” shed a light, first of all on the removal from his post of Andrei Dubnov, Commissar of Education. It is charged that the officials of the Commissariat sabotaged the compulsory education system, under which 30,000,000 chUdren are attending the schools. I3ieir actions, it is claimed, deprived 300,000 children of their right to attend the elementary schools.
