REFUTATION OF REPORTS PUBLIC OVATION ARRANGED LONDON, November 18. Tlie Riga correspondent of “The Times" says: "Apparently as an indirect refutation of reports abroad concerning M. Litvinoff’s future after hurrying to Moscow from Brussels, he was given a sort of public ovation at Moscow and Leningrad on November 18. being extolled from public platforms as ‘a great and worthy champion of the Soviet, to defend which he has for many years successfully stood his ground against the whole capitalist world’.”
