COURT’S DECISION
MAE WEST—WALLACE MARRIAGE. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright LOS ANGELES, July 16. The Court ruling for Wallace, validated his marriage to Mae West. A cablegram received on July 8, said: Mae West, who for many years has denied that she has ever been married, admitted that she married Frank Wallace, a vaudeville artist, in an action brought by Wallace to compel her to admit the relationship and divide community property, which, he alleged, exceeds 100.000 dollars. Miss West denied that she had ever lived with him, and alleged that he subsequently married again without divorcing her.
