GOLD RESERVES
AMERICA’S VAST ACCUMULATION British Official Wireless RUGBY, July 13. In replying to a Parliamentary question, the Chancellor of the Exchequer (Sir John Simon) said the gold reserves in the United States on March 31, amounted to about 331,000,000 fine ounces, of which about 120,000,000 ounces represented the net addition since September 1931.
