F ATHER’S ATTEMPT AT MURDER United Press Association—By Electric Teleprnnh Unnvri(?hf MONTREAL, July 15. The United Press correspondent at Landsdowne says that Albert Knight, aged 55, former wealthy petroleum company official, was arrested and charged that he attempted to burn his three children to death, and collect 250,000 dollars life Insurance. Knight had already been released on bail on a charge of arson, growing out of the fire at the home with which the eldest daughter, Ruth is also charged. She is not mentioned in the attempted murder warrant.
