When do you have the first smoke of the day? Chaps there are who light up as soon as they tumble out of the blankets in the morning, but the majority wait until after breakfast. Perhaps they are of the same opinion as the man who said “the true functionof food is to prepare the palate for tobacco.” It really doesn’t matter “when” you smoke.
