FIFTEEN DROWNED
JAMAICAN BOAT ACCIDENT United Press Assoclailon—By Electric Telegraph- Copyright (Received December 27, 6.30 p.m.) KINGSTON, December 26. An overloaded harbour launch carrying a happy Christmas crowd, overturned here less than half a mile from the shore. Fifteen were drowned including four children. Twenty-one were rescued and ;hree are in a critical condition. All are negroes. Confusion hampered the rescue boats which rushed to the scene. One pitiful survivor was a nursemaid whose three charges, under ten years of age, were drowned.
