ADVOCATED IN ENGLAND United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received June 10, 10.15 p.m.) LONDON, June 9. Mr Inglis, in his presidential address to the annual conference of the Typographical Association, at Torquay, advocated a 40-hour week. Re said it was long overdue. It would not - live unemployment, but would relieve the tragic position.
