DISTINGUISHED STATESMEN HONOURED British Official Wireless (Received June 10, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, June 9. The Prime Minister (Mr Stanley Baldwin), as Chancellor of the University, presided at Cambridge to-day at a special congregation in Senatehouse for granting honorary degrees. Among the distinguished recipients were Lord Wiliingdon, the former Viceroy of India, and the Lord Chancellor (Lord Hailsham).
